只要你注册了Gravatar，然后再用你注册时的那个Email在这儿留言，你在厂里的头像就将不再黑白。

注册步骤很简单：

(一)、首先是到Gravatar网站上去注册一个账号，很简单，只要填写一个你最常用的email，接着输入两次密码，送出之后，系统会寄一封确认信到你的信箱，开信，点一下启用账号连结即可。

(二)、接着，到Gravatar去 登入，登入后，就可以开始上传你的图片了，记得尺寸一定要是80×80 pixels，格式则JPG／GIF／PNG皆可，头像尽量用jpg格式的，gif和png容易背景变黑。上传完后，自己可以对图片评级，只要不是那种“我的头像牛逼么？” “像” 之类的，就可以评G(G 普通级、PG 辅导级、R 和 X 为限制级)。

这样就哦儿了。在任何支持Gravatar的地方，在填写email地址时，请填写你申请注册Gravatar时用的这个email地址。你的头像就会出现在留言中。

Gravatar是什么？

Gravatar(个人全球统一标识)是globally recognized avatar(直译为”全球认识的头像”)的缩写。它起源于在网上各处论坛中所广泛使用的头像(avatar)，随着Blog的广泛普及，在各处Blog 的留言上也相继出现了头像，为了方便用户在四处的Blog广泛留言的同时可以拥有统一的头像，http://www.gravatar.com/ 提出了Gravatar这个概念并开始提供这项服务。这项服务概念上十分简单，就是把个人email地址与头像作为捆绑(请登录 www.gravatar.com申请帐户，上传照片即可完成)，当你再在支持Gravatar的网站留言并使用你的个人email时，头像就会出现在你 的留言旁。

当然为了让这个概念得到实施，还是进行了一些必要的技术手段，比如md5来加密email地址以防 信箱狂被骚扰(据说我们伟大的祖国人民已有能力破解这一md5密码技术)。还有更好玩的是，该网站会对各个头像评定等级，就按照美国电影协会所制定的标 准。所以就有X、R、PG、G四个等级(从最不适宜到老少皆宜排序)，然后更酷的是，网站/Blog的管理者还能决定什么等级的头像才能显示，这显然更符 合将来网络管理的趋势。

Mathias Eick, 挪威爵士乐手，主要乐器是吹喇叭……还有double bass、钢琴汗吉他伍的。可能没人对这人名儿有什么印象，不过说出来他以前的乐团基本看到这篇儿的人，就无人不知了——Jaga Jazzist，而对于一个爵士乐手来说，之前他更杰出的成就还要数和Chick Corea汗Pat Metheny组的那个“Trondheim Jazz Orchestra” 。Mathias Eick还在去年获得了国际爵士新秀奖（The International Jazz Award for New Talent 2007），还在同年一月获得IAJE（International Association for Jazz Education）的2w刀奖金（IAJE 34th Annual International Conference），这奖金也是IAJE和国际爵士音乐节组织共同创立的（International Jazz Festivals Organization (IJFO)）。

这么看来，这主儿也算是爵士界的梅西了吧。天才势必要被大咖公司收，所以今年Mathias Eick也在ECM发了他的首张个人专辑《The Door》。难以抵挡啊……哥儿几个走起来吧。
